The wildflowers were out today. I didn't bring my wildflower pamphlet but I am pretty sure these are delphiniums. Jerry, do you have these plants in your garden?
Sequoia is waiting patiently (at least for him). It would be nice if he looked at the camera but he wasn't in the mood to be photographed today.
Time to do some more searching for wildflowers. Let's see what I find.
These white flowers are nice. Oh, is that Indian Paintbrush in the background? Man, I am a lucky fox!!!!
Finally, we made it to the top
The river looks majestic today - a perfect spot for my lunch. Speaking of lunch, where is it and why didn't my roommates pack a dessert?
Wow, that hiking trail looks amazing--AND you got a picnic lunch? What a lucky fox! Dessert is also sometimes missing on our picnics...this might need Sherlock Sandy to solve.

DeleteThanks - the hike was great. I thought you two might to know that there were active train tracks on both sides of the river. I could not get any photos of me and the trains - but maybe next time.
DeleteI like the music in the video. Sounds like a "noir" mystery theme.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I finally figured out how to add music. It was pretty fun choosing a sound track. Glad you liked it.
DeleteWhere did you get the music from? Do you play in a band?
ReplyDeleteNo dessert with lunch? When is the next secretary evaluation due?
Hmmmm.... this is a fairly old blog post and I missed it. Must speak with my sekrebeary... clearly everything is not getting passed across my desk that needs my attention! Great trail hike, by the way. Are you going to go back later and see if those white flowers made any Saskatoon berries... or Service berries?
