A nice “spring” day. What? Spring you
say? How can that be? I am no fox-meteorologist but I know good
weather when I see it and we are off to explore.
This flowering tree is doing well, I wonder if
it’s a rhododendron? I like this old house near the tree as well. Perhaps they give behind the scene tours?
Look what store is
across the street. Can we stop?
Pleasssssssssseee……………? I'll buy.........
This train was revving up and getting ready to depart. It looks like it’s going north, I wonder if
it’s going to Canada and if they will take me along to visit Sandy eh? After visiting Sandy, maybe I can catch a
train east to visit Jerry, Ben, and Ajdin.
I think Hammie is onto something when he mentioned the stuffy
get-together….I am anxiously awaiting Jerry's response to that question.
did you get to go into that store?
ReplyDeleteNo :(
Deleteprotest protest!
DeleteI agree, a strike might be in order (of course I have nothing to negotiate with) but a strike none-the-less might send the right message
DeleteSpring...Spring??? It's 1 degree here...so unfair!! That store does look beary nice!
ReplyDeleteBrrrrr. That's too cold. Do you need me to send emergency hot chocolate?
ReplyDeleteWe're good on the hot chocolate. You see, when seKretary is at the store in the fall, stocking up on winter supplies, we get to go along and ride in the shopping cart. When seKretary isn't looking, Jerry and Ben slip several additional containers of hot chocolate, you know, the JUMBO size, into the shopping cart. We want to make we have plenty of good stuff, even if spring ends up arriving earlier.
Deleteexcellent technique! I will have to try that...
DeleteYou guys got the system down. Do you buy your hot cocoa at Costco?
ReplyDeleteWe only now have a Costco store. Our grocery store is called Hy-Vee, and they have nice varieties. We like the Stephens variety, the peppermint candy stick hot chocolate; it has tiny bits of peppermint candy in the mix...delicious!
DeleteI remember you send a pack of Steven's out west, I enjoyed it beary much.
DeleteMaybe we need to send you a big jar next fall?
DeleteThat train could very well go north to Vancouver! We have those bushes too... they are called Camellia japonica... they make super nice flowers!
