Hello Blog Pals,
I know a lot of you were curious about what form I use to evaluate my Sekrebearies. I use it over the year and when we have our annual performance review I break out the form. At the bottom you can see how I determine if my staff gets a raise or not.
Scoring
100%
in the “always” category – Sekrebeary gets raise.
75% in
the “always” category – Sekrebeary maintains job
50%
in the “always” category – Sekrebeary returns to school for a refresher course
Under 50%
- Sekrebeary demoted to weed picker in Stuffy’s garden.
Very nice form!
ReplyDeleteHmmm. It looks like your Sekrebeary may need some remediation. Perhaps you could give them a three-month probation period and then re-do the evaluation after that time?...
My sekrebearies think that is a good idea.
DeleteHmmmm... that sounds like a good evaluation! I will have to see where my sekrebeary stands on it.
ReplyDeleteI would add a section for back alley deals. For example, how many back alley deals did you participate in.
DeleteMmmm... that is a good category to add... making a note of that.
DeleteAndrea has these performance reviews at her job. Afterwards, she always folds the sheet up into a paper plane and then throws it out the window to see how far it flies...........!!!!!
ReplyDeleteMy sekrebearies think that is a wonderful idea
DeleteAwesome!!! Can you post a blank template so we can download it and use it??
ReplyDeleteI sill post a blank one soon. You can add a column for trips to the garden center.
DeleteIt seems to me that your Sekrebearies have scored 1 out of 6, or 16.7% in the always category.. does that mean they will be demoted to weed picker?
ReplyDeleteThat is correct, they are slacking already on that job. No weeds were picked this weekend. I think they need to go back to Sekrebeary school as well for re-training. Perhaps at the Stuffy convention all of our Sekrebearies should go to a retraining session.
ReplyDeleteSuch a great idea Little Fox! We think our seKretary has gotten wind of the evaluation...we had home baked brownies tonight! That can't be a coincidence!
